5k training schedule

I’m training to run a few 5k races in 2012! What’s below are the dates that I ran, how far I ran, what time I completed the run in and what my average pace was, according to the Map My Run app on my smartphone. My scheduled race days are May 26th and June 2nd. I plan to do another later in the year, but that race has yet to have a date assigned to it yet.

4/14/12 – 1.60 miles – 16:43 – 10:26/mile

4/12/12 – 2:01 miles – 21:01 – 10:28/mile

4/07/12 – 2.59 miles – 26:26 – 10:13/mile

4/03/12 – 2.39 miles – 25:31 – 10:40/mile

4/01/12 – 2.09 miles – 20:42 – 9:53/mile

3/31/12 – 2.00 miles – 20:00 – 10:01/mile

3/28/12 – 1.49 miles – 14:48 – 9:55/mile

3/25/12 – 1.30 miles – 12:57 – 9:57/mile

3/23/12 – 1.31 miles – 13:41 – 10:28/mile

3/21/12 – 1.2 miles – 12:14 – 10:14/mile

3/19/12 – 1.08 miles – 10:38 – 9:54/mile

3/17/12 – 1.27 miles – 10:22 – 8.11/mile

3/15/12 – 0.72 miles – 6:54 – 9:35/mile
